From the Heart. Afro-Nowism

Read in browser

Hello Reader,

How are you? This is Yetunde, the daughter of Olori Lolade! Here at NOIR Labs, things are getting hectic. We have so many more people, including myself, and we are getting ready for you all. I’m hoping to work on my first formal article for noirpress very soon and I’m so excited to share this! In the meantime please continue to check your inbox and junk mail for updates and messages from us!

Thank you,

Yetunde Olowosoyo

Alright Reader, Mommy checking in here.

Know that all we think about over here is how to instantly Liberate a million of you a day. Today, the directive is to tell you about Afro-Nowism.

For now, know that Afro-Nowism is a term that popped into my subconscious in the last three weeks. With an urgency for me to tell you about it. I had never heard the term before, and it wouldn’t leave me.

It wasn’t until I had written my first draft from the downloads that I googled the term. Of course, lo and behold, two gorgeous-souled Black women had already written about it.

I’ll share their articles first, and then I’ll share my writings as soon as possible.

NOIR Labs continues to thrive because of the generosity of our Village. I am so grateful to John Motley and Melinda Egharevba who basically own the company at this point. Shout out to my Mother for filling in the gaps and to Desiree Gordon for putting food on our tables for a lifetime with the amazing opportunity she brought to us.

So many more of y’all that I need to thank. My Stepfather for making sure we were connected over the last several years. Mama Sheryl for plugging us into the Yale Black Alumni Association.

If you’re feeling abundant, you can join in to express your overflow here.

Ok. Learn about Afro-Nowism here and then we’ll talk soon.

Let me know. Have you heard the term before? What do you know about it? What does it bring up for you to read about it now?

Much love,

From Lo

PS: You can tap into the power of Afro-Nowism right now. Join me and two of my newest mentors at 7AM EST every rising for the next week to learn more about Spiritual Liberation. We’ll be on IG Live. You can see the previous three episodes at the same link.
